The responsibilities are primarily technical developers, also will provide guidance to PR3, PR2, and PR1 level staff as needed. If they are paired with a junior developer they would be the primary lead for that task only. Not expecting them to run the entire show but only coordinate their tasks while working with lesser experienced developers. Senior Developer is responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with little or no supervision to complete all tasks.
