Job Description:
• Environment Development Tool(s) and Platform(s) SAP BW 3.x and
SAP BI 7.x tools.
• SAP BI/BW implementation and SAP BI ABAP Knowledge is mandatory.
• 4+ years of experience with the two above.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling Incident or tickets.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Monitoring Process Chains, Jobs, and resolve the corresponding
issues.
• Good Knowledge in SAP BI Reporting (BEx Query designer, BEx
Analyzer).
• Knowledge in APO system is added advantage.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
