Employing functional analysis, software design and modeling techniques to translate the business needs into technical implementation designs/specifications.**** · Defining and creating technology solutions, evaluating solution options, costs and implementation strategies to deliver solutions that attain business objectives and align with the enterprise architecture framework. Developing and communicating technical implementation instructions for the development and implementation of software/system solutions to system implementers/developers.**** · Testing and validating that the system/software meet and function as designed, meet business requirements, and adhere to established quality standards and are simple to use.**** · Working with the business and technical resource teams to understand the business requirements and develop technical strategies for solution delivery including negotiating technical solutions that align with business objectives.
