We are looking for Business Development Manager in Hyderabad,Ameerpet area.

Business Development Manager.
Should have excellent communication skills  - THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST.
Should have knowledge of Contract Staffing terminology  (W2, corp to corp,
direct hire, CTH etc. etc.).
Should have 2 years of experience of dealing with Clients/tier 1 vendors.

The BDM is responsible for consistently generating and increasing revenues
through the production of new clients/business via outbound telesales
activity.
Identify and secure additional business opportunities with existing
staffing client base.  Generate leads through research, networking,
prospecting and cold calling.
Minimum 5 – 10 Years exp in US Staffing.
Capability to lead a team of 4-5 people
Generate new clients/third party/Tier-1 vendors for the recruiting process.
Manage entire new business development pipeline from cold call through close
Manage and set Recruiting priorities.
Place outbound calls to solicit sales, pursuing both target and cold
accounts.
Interface with Management when appropriate on named/key accounts.
Maintain records of all calls made and status in applicant tracking system.
