Role: Project Manager Location: Westport, CT Duration: 12+ years Interview: Telephonic Start Date: Immediate Client Industry: Financial The ideal candidate comes from a financial services or financial service provider (e.g., outsourcer, fund administrator) organization, and would be well versed in front /middle /back office SME content (e.g., operations, accounting, fund services, counterparty groups, risk management, front office support). More specifically, the ideal candidate will be able to: • Leverage BW BO SMEs by providing BO testing input on the solution, e.g., reviewing results and problem-solving defects (and bringing to SMEs only when required) • Develop, review, and finalize appropriate, other BO testing requirements and ensure they are well incorporated in the overall project plan Interact with Project Stakeholders: • Understand Bridgewater BO requirements & problem-solving input (e.g., for defect resolution) by facilitating workshops with the SMEs (and other BAs/Testing Manager) • Apply middle/back office subject matter knowledge when interacting with all project stakeholders to understand and accurately capture BW BO requirements, associated Use Cases/ test conditions/variants, and problem-solving feedback • Conduct periodic and regular testing/ QC reviews with testing team and various Bridgewater stakeholders (e.g., SMEs, Other BAs, Testing Manager, BO RPs, Program, Providers) throughout test lifecycle (i.e., report on / communicate results of testing) *• Asset management skills must• Need BO or BW project manager with 12+ yrs of exp• strong in finance domain*If interested, please reply with matching profiles along with their contact details, rate, availability, current location details.
