Strong architecture, design and implementation experience with performance solutions, products, and industry trends. · Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Prior experience in addressing business and technical stakeholder requirements and translating these to appropriate solution architectures · Ability to analyze production systems and applications performance and scalability issues and provide solutions · Architectural/Design reviews and provide suggestions for performance improvements. · Develop performance and scalability testing and engineering frameworks and solutions · Review/profile/debug application code for performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations Should have good understanding of different caching technologies. · Should have good understanding of nosql databases. · Experience of using various load testing, code profiling and other tools used in performance engineering Capacity Planning, Sizing and Infrastructure improvements Performance modeling and experience in any of the tool.
