Job Description:
1. Good experience in Technical Recruiting, regular interaction with the
Vendors and Consultants, their by identifying their needs and position them
to projects accordingly.
2. Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing
services should be able to work with vendors .

Required Skills:
3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting (US Staffing).
4. Experience in working on W2, C2C and 1099 are preferred.
5. Experience working with H1B, US citizens, GC candidates preferred.
6. Selecting the candidate for suitable requirements and submitting them
for preferred Vendors.
7. Excellent Technical Screening Skills and responsible for detail
evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements
8. Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up
regarding the rates and client interviews.
9. Experience in Portal Sourcing using Dice, Monster, Corp to Corp, Carrier
Builder and Tech fetch etc.
10. Excellent negotiation skills
