Requirement Description: Description: Must have experience in leading the effort of developing and rolling out large scale enterprise applications. *Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering and minimum of 3 years as a lead.* Strong programming experience in Java technologies and frameworks such as JSP, JSTL, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, JAXB, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, log4j and JUnit/TestNG. Hands-on experience and deep understanding in front end technologies – JQeury or Dojo, Responsive Design, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, AJAX. Solid understanding of Web Services, SOAP, XML, XML Name Space, RESTful Services. Solid hands-on experience in designing and developing APIs for both internal and external consumption. Solid understanding in workflow, search engine and rules engine Solid hands-on experience in developing the APIs for both internal and external consumption. Solid understanding and hands-on experience in developing security around applications, Webservices and infrastructure. Solid understanding and hands-on experience in database technologies: RDBMS such as Oracle, DB2, MS SQL. Solid understanding in database objects – stored procedures, functions, synonyms, etc. Good understanding in alternative Database technologies: At least one of MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, Big Data etc. Solid understanding in release process – preferably continuous integration and deployment. Demonstrate lead expertise in design patterns, technical decisions, guidelines and best practices. Demonstrate lead experience in providing guidance and advice to various groups on Java/J2EE architecture and experience on ensuring project on target Strong Written/Verbal communication skill both in technical and business terms.
