Duration: 6 months, can extend longer Rate : OPEN As a Senior Project Manager ü Consultant will guide the implementation of our client's mobile applications by providing leadership and direction to a team of engineers and quality analysts in an Agile development environment. ü Consultant will be responsible for all phases of project management from start to implementation. ü Consultant will lead project planning, status reporting, budget and expense control, task management, risk and issue management, meeting facilitation, and ensure team cohesion. *Responsibilities:* ü Effectively plan, schedule, estimate, coordinate, manage, and deliver business requirements on time while meeting high quality standards. ü Partner closely with Product Management to accurately plan and set productivity pace leveraging Agile estimating approaches. ü Oversee the daily progress of the project with regard to time, budget, scope, and quality. ü Apply Agile project management techniques, methods, and tools to ensure project success. ü Provide leadership and direction to cross functional teams. ü Report project status to IT leadership on a weekly and as-needed basis. ü Proactively and aggressively manage project risk and issues; defining mitigation efforts. ü Leverage innovative critical thinking approaches to solve problems. ü Demonstrate overall Project Management professionalism. *Requirements:* ü Minimum 5 years in IT Project Management. ü Minimum 2 years e-commerce Project Management. ü BA/BS. ü Scrum Master certification a plus. ü PMI certification a plus. ü Comparable retail experience preferred. ü Experience overseeing offshore project teams. ü Technical familiarity with web development. ü Experience with Jira. ü Experience with Mobile/IOS. ü Project experience in Agile environments. ü Demonstrated passion for project management and proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects. ü Demonstrated hands-on experience and expertise; understanding of software development, testing, project management methodologies. ü Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines, and operating under tight time constraints. ü Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across workgroups. ü Excellent team building and group facilitation skills. ü Verified ability to balance multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment. ü Established ability to effectively collaborate in a highly matrixed organization and gain the trust of others. ü Strong communication skills and proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels. ü Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills. -- Thank you *Sandeep R Tummuru || Resource Manager* *Clear Thought Solutions LLC.,* *Ph: 919 290 4346* *Email : **[email protected]*<[email protected]> *,* *gtalk : **sandy4cts* *Website : **www.clearthoughtsolutions.com*<http://www.clearthoughtsolutions.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
