Requirement Description: Job Description: American Family in Madison, WI is looking for someone who can work on our Adhoc Reporting Team. This team works closely with end users to produce limited use reports. In addition, this team will work to move to production client assembled adhoc applications following I/S best practices and standards. Expert level skills with tools (BO, SAS, Informatica) and data bases (DB2, Oracle, Green Plum) are required. They must understand XML and corresponding XSDs. They should have broader data mart and data warehouse design skills. They must understand dimensional modeling. This candidate will need to analyze data, help design the data model for the data mart, document the data definitions and flow using the appropriate tooling. - Requires Expert tool knowledge of Informatica, SAS, and Business Objects architect and design experience (technical lead)-please highlight this skill on the submittal. - Requires the ability to work directly with clients to determine requirements and solution parameters. Prefer local candidates. --Required Skills-- 1. Expert tool knowledge of Informatica, SAS, and Business Objects architect and design experience (technical lead) 2. Ability to work with client end users to determine their requirements. 3. Excellent testing skills. 4. Extremely proficient in SQL development. 5. Extremely proficient in data analysis and problem solving. 6. Ability to document designs and clearly communicate alternatives. 7. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies. 8. Excellent communication skills a must. 9. Team player as well as a self-starter with good work ethic. 10. Expert level Business Objects Universe and report development 11. Expert level of experience using SAS products. 12. Expert Informatica PowerCenter v9 Developer, Informatica PowerCenter v9. --Strongly Desired Skills-- 1. Oracle & DB2 & Green Plum database 2.
