Troubleshooting connectivity issues in RAC databases. - Implementing backup policies as per application requirement. - Database cloning using RMAN and other available strategies. - Implementation of Golden gate and its configuration for RAC/Datagaurd/standalone databases. Two way replication, Golden gate upgrade and patching, monitoring and troubleshooting. - Proficient in implementing different database Backup and recovery strategies and database disaster recovery exercises - Planning and executing database major and minor upgrades including PSU. - Monitors user access to databases and maintains database security. - Should have strong experience in Performance tuning & Query optimization. Monitor and optimize the performance of databases - Should able to perform database object Maintenance activities - Good understanding and knowledge of shell scripting and hands on experience on UNIX environment. - Ensure Project is executed in compliance with the SLAs and AT&T processes. - Planning and coordination with application teams to understand business requirements. Participates in and drives discussions on production architecture and support processes. - Participate for 24x7 operations and supports of production databases.
