We need help everywhere. An experienced BA should be able to handle at least two in parallel. I see them as driving to requirements during Discovery and Design and then ramping on to the next project. They are looking for a BA with User interface experience and one with Data Modeling experience. They will be working with the monthly oil and gas production reports and will present to users with graphs and reports. They are looking for candidates with BI and decision support experience. *Performance Objectives: * 1. Work with customers/stakeholders to understand business needs, elicit business requirements, develop application workflows, and document application features. 2. Work closely with product owners and product development teams in an agile environment to refine feature requirements, develop User Stories, and identify Minimum Viable Products. 3. Document requirements in a consistent way and work with technical leads to inform development of technical requirements and specifications. *Skills/Experience: *Sr. level experience translating user needs into high-level technical solutions within agile environment.
