Iowa Collections and Reporting (ICAR) is seeking one senior IT developer with at least 8 years of experience in developing, testing, deploying and supporting applications in a web/SQL Server environment. ICAR primarily serves the Child Support Recovery Unit (CSRU) and is one of the bureaus under the DHS Divisions of Data Management. This senior IT developer will function within a team of dedicated web developers. Responsibilities include: 1.
