*JOB SUMMARY: *



Responsible for participating in the development, maintenance, and
enhancement of SAP ECC HCM (Human Capital Management). Collaborate with
internal customers, IT, and other stakeholders to identify user
requirements, assess available technologies, recommend and implement
solution options.



*PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *



•           Troubleshoot functional problems in SAP ECC and other
application software when implemented.

•           Configure / Customize SAP ECC and other application software
functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design.

•           Develop business relationships and integrating activities with
other departments to ensure successful implementations.

•           Lead small projects to ensure functionality is developed in a
way that complies with business requirements and established methodologies
& practices.

•           Provide back-up support on the Applications Support Helpdesk.

•           Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

•           Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or business-related
(functional) discipline, with an understanding of programming concepts or
equivalent work experience and training.

*REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: *

•           5+ years of experience in the functional areas of expertise.

•           5 or more years of Functional experience with SAP PA, OM, ESS,
MSS, Benefits, HCM Processes & Forms, ECM (Enterprise Comp Mgmt), and
Appraisals

•           Must have at least 1 full life cycle implementation experience
with Netweaver Portal.

•           Experience with HR Renewal and/or SAPUI5 would be beneficial.

•           In depth understanding of integration with other modules.

•           Thorough understanding of HR business operations.

•           Understanding of ABAP concepts, reading & debugging code,
designing & implementing user-exits, enhancements of web dynpro screens.

•           Experience integrating HCM data into SAP BW.

•           Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.

•           Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment.

•           Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with
individuals at all levels within the company.

•           Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•           Participation in on-call rotation required.

•           Some travel may be required.

*PHYSICAL DEMANDS: *

•           Weekend hours and weekday overtime may be required.

•           Participation in on-call rotation required.

•           Some travel may be required.

*WORK ENVIRONMENT: *

•           General office environment.

•           Normal office noise level, with occasional moderate noise.
