CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). 2. 48 Months Facilitating JAD sessions, conducting stakeholder interviews, focus groups and workshops then analyzing the stakeholder’s business needs and converting those into functional requirements. 3. 48 Months Experience in software requirements management including requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation 4. 48 Months Experience in performing Business Process Modeling, Gap Analysis, Process Improvement, and Re-engineering on Medium to Large-scale IT projects, describing the As-Is and To-Be business processes. 5. 60 Months Experience in writing Use Cases/User Stories, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Business Rules, Traceability Matrix and Work Flow Diagrams. 6.
