Here is a new position. Will use company car to drive to different locations. More of a junior – mid role. Looking for Juniper experience, routing and switching, and trouble shooting. DURATION:12 months LOCATION: San Diego, CA search of LAN/WAN Analyst (Junior Network Engineer) for our client in San Diego, CA. Basically this position is for a field person to provide the following support at various locations within San Diego: *Troubleshooting issues with network components * -Hardware -Software -Switching infrastructure -Routing Infrastructure -Interfacing with vendor for support items *Hardware upgrades * *Configuration changes * -LAN Switching equipment -SRX equipment (firewall rules excluded) -Routing equipment *Installation of new LAN/WAN equipment * Client’s main priorities would be experience in routing (Juniper preferred) and switching. Also helpful to have wireless network experience. Client will provide a company vehicle. Candidate will spend about 70% of the time in the field and the rest of the time in the office working on project needs, documentation, troubleshooting remotely, reviewing tickets, etc. Candidates must have a clean DMV report. Background investigations will include criminal, driving and drug screening.
