Support on remedy/email for Show and Share application. 2. Generate reports and carry out Metrics 3. Help team release newer versions of product 4. Carry out required testing and provide signoff. 5. Work collaboratively with teammates on projects. 6. Using your networking and engineering skills, analyse projects to determine how you can help the support the customer. 7. Troubleshoot user issues You’ll need to work in a team-based environment while able to drive results independently, maintaining priorities and awareness of project deadlines.
