Please ensure file size is not more than 300-500 KB* *Job Title VMWare Engineer-Technical Support III (NA) * *Location San Jose, CA* *Duration 6+ Months * *Primary Skill * * VMWare 4.0 / Networking (Nexus ) / Storage architectures / Linux/ Server Troubleshooting * Total Experience Required 3 Years *Description Mandatory Technical Skills * * VMWare 4.0 / Networking ( Nexus ) / Storage architectures / Linux/ Server Troubleshooting *Desirable Technical Skills* * Enterprise VMWare 4.0 and above (ESX/ESXi) * Network troubleshooting (Nexus experience preferred) * Storage architectures (SAN), and/or file systems (NetApp, EMC, iSCSI, NAS, NFS, Fiber Channel, MDS) * Enterprise level Linux or Windows OS * Server Troubleshooting (i.e. RAID, Installation, Hardware) *Desirable Functional Skills * * Prior customer support experience is preferred. * Proven crisis management skills and ability to handle critical customer issues/problems. * Able to determine problems and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction.
