Experience Required * Minimum 3 years of relevant Production experience as L2 Support. * Experience in Monitoring of Production Systems/Applications. * Must have experience in handling Production Incident Tickets. * Must have used a tool/application to handle Incident Tickets. * Must have thorough knowledge on Incident Management Process. * Must have experience in Batch Monitoring. * Clear oral and written communication.
