Job responsibilities will include: § Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to define testable elements § Design and conduct test strategy, test plans, test cases and scripts and test the reports/dashboards in existing as well as in the new version § Test compatibility of upgraded software with other interfaces that includes systems, networks, and technology platforms § Track errors, bugs, and the like in test data files for follow up and further testing. Document test results; compile results/metrics from tests conducted in standardized format. Report results to management and technical teams § Conduct root cause analysis of identified defects. Collaborate with technical and business partners to evaluate defect findings by providing reproducible test cases and sufficient supporting documentation and ensure resolution § Enhance Business Requirements documents based on the change requirements § Able to work in a fast paced environment requiring quick turnaround time on assignments Must Have's: § 4+ years of related experience § Experienced in designing and conducting test strategy, test plans, test cases and scripts § Experienced in testing Spotfire dashboards/reports - QA as well as UAT (preferable someone who has worked on testing Spotfire version upgrade) § Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook § Excellent written communication skills § Good analytical and problem solving skills Need exists because: We are in the process of upgrading the current version of the Spotfire Tool (from 4.0.2 to 5.5). Single Family Credit Finance dashboards are built on Spotfire version 4.0.2.
