Please ensure file size is not more than 300-500 KB* *Job Title HR Analytics Business Analyst * *Location Hoboken, NJ* *Duration 4+ Months * *Primary Skill * · Provide strategic, functional and HR Analytics leadership for Key HR data, systems, processes and metrics to provide timely, accurate and insightful information · Yrs of Experience Minimum 5 years of HR Business experience and HR Analytics experience *Description Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills* · Provide strategic, functional and HR Analytics leadership for Key HR data, systems, processes and metrics to provide timely, accurate and insightful information. · Lead HR Analytics Initiatives and develop key HR reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to meet the HR business/functional needs · Act as a functional HR expert and liaison between the HR Business Team and the OBI Implementation Team and guide the OBI HR Analytics Implementation Team to convert HR business requirements into Technical Design · Participate in OBI HR Analytics design and provide inputs / recommendations for upcoming and on-going implementations / enhancements · Perform analysis of relevant HR data and support the business in identifying insightful trends in HR Data · Design and deliver HR reports and create standardized dashboard analytics.
