Lead and guide technical teams to support the development of IT solutions for the business 2. Create technical specifications, design documents and test scripts. 3. Ability to participate during the full lifecycle of a development project, while keeping management apprised of the status and any issues related to the project. 4. Understand the Software Development Lifecycle with the ability to translate Best Practices into practical application for the enterprise 5. Mentor and train other team members on SDLC, development and/or methodology techniques. 6. Support web applications and web sites. Technical 1. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements that meet business requirements. 2. Support IIS web services for .COM websites and custom web applications. 3. Support day-to-day management activities of SharePoint operations and perform typical SharePoint administrative activities such as site creation and configuration, service application configuration (Search, User Profile Service, Excel Services, Office Web Apps), resolution of user reported issues, troubleshooting errors and performance issues, migrating/consolidating sites, monitoring usage and growth, enforce information architecture and site taxonomy, etc. 4. Configure end-user SharePoint sites including document libraries/lists, content types, features, web parts, site/list templates, publishing, workflows, InfoPath Forms, Nintex workflows and forms. 5. Performs installation and configuration of software, service packs, cumulative updates and upgrades; provides recommendations on best practices and efficient use of applications to streamline back-office operations. 6. Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, operating systems and system management software; designing and running system load/stress testing. 7. Work directly with software vendors to resolve support issue. 8. Promote codes changes within the various development, test and production environments. 9. Administer Team Foundation Server and related services. 10. Setup, configure and support 3rd party integrations. 11. Perform auditing of the environments. 12. Setup systems alerts and enforce system policies. 13. Create technical documentation of installation/configuration procedures. 14.
