Strong background in SAP security compliance background with Active Directory experience from Infrastructure Support background. § Work on SAP access requests from ServiceNow Security administration queue. § Determine which specific transaction(s) are needed. Most of the time this is provided but there are times when the user is not sure which tcode is needed and will instead provide a reference user that has this access.
