Position: *Quality Lead* Location: *Honolulu – Hawaii* Duration: *around 12 Months* - Work closely with departments to develop scripts, testing schedules and test processes - *Work with TRAX administrator and map functional processes in each of the departments that they assigned to.* - Work with their assigned departments to transfer the knowledge that was gained during the testing and also train new hires in the departmental processes and procedures - Update the user guides to reflect the current processes and procedures - Adopt industry standard processes and be a catalyst for continuous improvement in each of their assigned areas - Work with other departments where there is overlap in functionality and make it seamless - *Assist the Manager of TRAX with troubleshooting of issues in their relevant areas* - Work closely with their assigned departments to develop modifications for submission to TRAX - *Submit and manage TRAX weblogs for their areas of responsibility and communicate the results to the users* *Requirement:* - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field. - Demonstrated familiarity with industry standard processes in their relevant areas - *Minimum 3 years of airline experience in Quality Assurance (Audit, Reliability and Technical Records)* - *Must have knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Visio* - Must have prior experience in developing training materials and training individuals - Must be able to travel inside and outside US for station openings and hold a valid passport - Must be able to work on weekends/nights as warranted for training - Must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across departments and within departments at all levels of the organization to include development of presentation materials that effectively communicate across all levels.. - Must be able to develop relationships with other departments where there is an overlap in TRAX functionalities.. - Excellent verbal, written, organizational and inter personal skills - Must have a proven record of people development and leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex technical matters. *Please send an email If i miss your phone call* *Thanks & Regards**..**..**?* *Patrick* *Technical Recruiter** | Blackapple Solutions LLC* Suite 4, 2 Division Street, Somerville, NJ 08876, U.S.A *Phone: 201-731-2034 **X 979* *Email: **[email protected]* <[email protected]> *[image: Description: Description: Description: image005]/**[image: Description: Description: Description: image006]** - **phani.rctr* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
