Position: Mictostrategy Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Long Term Project
Interview: Telephonic and Skype
Key Responsibilities
·
Design and develop complex enterprise applications and components that are
mission-critical and high-availability in nature.
·
Actively participate in design and brainstorming sessions to translate business
requirements into proper technology solutions
·
Attack technical challenges, research solutions and provide SME advice across
several technologies.
·
Operate in a fast paced environment interacting with a number of cross
functional and global teams.
·
Provide technical recommendations and guidance to team members when needed.
·
Co-ordinate and occasionally lead development efforts with onsite and offshore
teams
Required Skills
·
Must have 8+ years of experience in IT
·
5+ year Overall MicroStrategy experience
·
Strong experience in designing and developing business intelligence solutions
using MicroStrategy Desktop, Report Services - Dynamic Dashboards, Web,
Intelligence Server, Narrowcast/Distribution Services, OLAP Services and Office.
·
Experience developing complex Schema and Application objects to support
reporting requirements
·
Strong understanding of Architecture including Web Server, Intelligence Server,
and Metadata repository
·
Knowledge/Experience on MicroStrategy SDK
·
Knowledge/Experience on mobile integration and dashboards in Mobile
·
Knowledge in MicroStrategy Administration and enterprise portal integration
desirable
·
Good knowledge on MicroStrategy Integrity Manager, Object Manager, Enterprise
Manager, Command Manager
·
Excellent SQL & Database Modeling skills
·
Excellent communication (written and oral)
·
Unit, Integration test the developed components
·
Promote components across dev, test and production environments
Desirable for all candidates
Credit/Market/Operational Risk & Compliance experience.
Quantitative/Analytical models implementation experience.
