SAP HCM Functional Consultant (Sub-Modules: US Payroll (PY) / Benefits (BN)
Location: *Omaha, NE*
Duration: Long Term
*Job Description:-*
· Extremely knowledgeable of critical HR components such as
Payroll, Benefits and Time Management processing with specific reference US
PY.
· Must have good domain knowledge on Tax / Statutory Rules and
Regulations
· Must be able to map the Benefits module and its integration with
payroll process within SAP R/3 and/or 3rd party tools
· Benefits configuration, maintenance and support of interfaces
along with functional requirements documentation.
· Experience in configuring Regular and Off-Cycle Payroll, FI
Postings, Retroactive Calculations, Loans and Advances Deductions, Third
Party Remittance, payroll related adjustments and Tax Configurations etc.,
is an added advantage.
· A Proven Consulting / Functional Professional, with at least 2 or
3 full life cycle implementation.
· Exposure in ASAP methodology, debugging and batch monitoring
desirable
· Monitors vendor interfaces and error reports to ensure accurate,
timely information
· Able to proactively collaborate with clients, identify innovative
approaches, and have a strong desire to excel.
· Good Communication and presentation skills
· Willingness to travel within USA
*Desired Candidate Profile:*
Experience in US Payroll and Benefits module is must
Experience in Implementation and Support of SAP HCM Solutions across
Geographies and Industries
Qualification: MBA (HR –Full time) or Relevant HR Domain Experience.
