*Clinical Data Manager * *Cambridge, MA* *6 + months contract* We are seeking a Clinical Data Manager for Life Sciences BPS in Cambridge, MA. • Primary point of contact for Client engagement • Serve as escalation point and consult with Offshore Project Manager for resolution • Coordinate and communicate frequently with the Study DMPMs and Offshore Project Manager for operational issues • Provide updates on progress of studies, timelines, performance, issues, etc. to the Engagement Offshore Project Manager and the Program Line Managers in a timely manner for effective resolution • Participate in quarterly quality review meetings and follow up on opportunities for improvements and/or additional training • Maintain high level of quality oversight using onshore and offshore resources as needed • Work with Offshore PM to clarify, manage and successfully implement customer expectations and resolve conflicts • Provide proactive solutions for potential difficulties adhering to process, timelines and quality concerns • Consult the appropriate SME and request training if training or process is unclear • Work with client management team to prioritize project work as necessary • Attend regularly scheduled client meetings and ad hoc meetings as requested • Co-ordinate with Account Manager & help in enhancing footprint in departments outside of CDM Thanks & Best Regards *Ramandeep Gill* *Pyramid Consulting, Inc.* office: 404-400-1110 | Cell: 404 902 6723 | fax: 678.840.2109 Email: [email protected] GTalk ID : [email protected] USA | UK | India *I sent this email through Google/Yahoo Groups.
