Person Requirements · Minimum 7 years Production support experience, full life cycle product development including structured analysis, design and programming · Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work as a member of a group · Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skill · Work experience or education in financial markets, particularly brokerage back office operations · Knowledge of multiple platforms (mainframe, Windows servers) · Experience with common Windows scripting (DOS) · DB2, SQL Server or other database experience · Knowledge of and experience in the financial services industry.
