| Duties & Responsibilites : | -The Product Specialist is a highly skilled in the migration, support and administration of an email messaging platform and associated services in support of the Client Enterprise Exchange project.
-The primary responsibility is the migration form various platforms such as Novell GroupWise, Lotus Notes and Exchange 2000/2003/2007/2010 to Microsoft Exchange 2010 and to Microsoft Office 365 and On-Premise Private Cloud.
-The Project Specialist will be responsible for planning, testing, tuning, configuring and setting up of Microsoft Office 365 mailboxes and accompanying services.
-The Product Specialist will assist in building a flexible messaging strategy that can scale with organization as well as an email retention and e-discovery solution inlcuding archiving and journaling.
-Responsibilities will also include planning, testing , tuning , configuring and setting up Microsoft Office 365 mailboxes and accompanying services.
-The Project Specialist will manage and administer associated services such as Lync, Evault, FIM and BES.
-In addition, management of remote access connection for supported infrastructure such Outlook Web Access or equivalent will be included in job function.
-The function requires significant to expert experience and skills in the migration to Microsoft Exchange 2010, strong Office 365 administration and migration experience.
-The Product Specialist will also have significant experience in the BES services and Unified Messaging and Lync and Sharepoint.
-The Product Specialist is responsible for collaborating with technical staff including network and storage adminstrators, vendor including Microsoft and clients within the Client departments, offices and agencies to ensure smooth transition to new environment.

-Years of Relevant Experience: 7 or more years
-Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study. Microsoft Exchange 2010 Certified Systems Administrator
Role Description:
-Deliver support and administration for migration to Microsoft Exchange 2010 platform and associated services statewide.
-Manage and administer Lync, SharePoint environment as pasrt of the enterprise on-premise Exchange 2010 as well as Office 365 public cloud offerings.
-Planning, testing, tuning, configuring and setting up Microsoft Office 365 mailboxes and accompanying services.
-Manage remote access connnection for supported infrastucture such as OWA
-Build a flexible messaging strategy that can scale with the organization.
-Build an email retention and e-discovery solution including archiving and journaling
-Interact with clients, technician and vendors.
Required Skills:
-Microsoft Office 365 Administration and migration experience including planning, testing, tuning,configuring and setting up mailboxe - 7 Years
-Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010 architecture and administration - Years
-Experience with migration using Quest Migration Tools from Novell GroupWise, Lotus Notes and older Microsoft email platforms to Microsoft Exchange 20 - 7 years
-Experience with migration using Quest Migration Tools from Novell GroupWise, Lotus Notes and older Microsoft email platforms to Microsoft Exchange 20 - 7 Years
-Ability to work with clients, technical staff and vendor - 7 years
-Microsoft Exchange 2010 Certified Systems Administrator - y Years
Desired Skills:
-Knowledge of BES services and Unified Messaging, Lync and Sharepoint - 7 years
-Ability to support SQL platform and backend for BES, FIM and Symantec Vault - 7 years
-Ability to support FIM and underling services - 7 years
-Ability to address DNS and domain issues - 7 years
-Ability to perform architecture review, design and support for cloud migration - 7 years
-Ability to manage remote access connection for supported infrastructure such as OWA - 7 years
-Ability to develop strategies in the areas of messaging and email retention - 7 years
- Knowledge of remote access manager for Exchange such as ISA, F5 and /or other third party solutions. - 7 years
