Need GC or USC * *Skills:* *Looking for specialized .NET Developers with experience on mortgage origination systems (specifically LPS/BKFS Empower .NET) –* *In particular looking for people who have been developing .Net candidate use for a product – Black Knight which is now changed to LPS. The candidate needs to learn the in-house tool. * *Manager want to see someone who has worked on Empower technology suite that Black Knight uses. Specifically LPS/BKFS Empower .NET this is important.* *Description:* Manager’s need for some highly specialized .NET Developers with experience on mortgage origination systems (specifically LPS/BKFS Empower .NET). The position requires the design, coding, and testing of software projects, with a special focus on the underlying architecture of systems and integration between them. Duties include development in one or more of the follow technologies: SQL, XML/XSL, ASP.NET, WinForms, and C#. *Responsibilities: * - Work with Development Team Leader, Scrum team, and business owners to refine and clarify project requirements. - Work with Development Team Leader to help manage projects and systems. - Provide team leadership and proactively seek out areas for improvement. - Lead design efforts of new systems and evaluate approaches for modifying existing systems. - Code projects using existing design standards and with an eye to high quality, this will include making sure the appropriate unit, functional and user tests are in place. - Help gather and provide input to assist in overall team process improvement and product design stability. - Properly track issues and resolutions in relation to the development effort. *Basic Qualifications: * - B.S. Degree, Computer Science, MIS or related work experience. - 5+ plus years work experience developing applications a must. - 2+ plus years experience managing projects and teams is also required. - 2+ plus years experience with multi tier system design and implementation. - Knowledge of software development life cycle and processes for quality assurance guidelines. - Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. - Knowledge of quality philosophies, principles, methods, tools and standards of software development and testing (software estimation techniques, risk assessment and management, configuration management and change control, software tracking constructs). - Knowledge of Internet protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, etc.). - Knowledge of XML-based technologies, and encryption programming (SSL, etc.). - Knowledge of object oriented programming, C#. - Knowledge of the disciplines of Software Engineering with emphasis on testing. - Experience testing Client/Server and Web software. - Knowledge of Internet and enterprise software technologies including web and application servers. - Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio). *Technical Skills and Abilities:* - In-depth knowledge of ODBC and SQL. - Solid interpersonal skills. - Ability to communication clearly in written and verbal form. - Exceptional problem solving abilities. *Additional qualifiers:* - 5+ years development experience on mortgage origination systems. - 3-5+ years software development experience with the LPS (BKFS Empower) .NET experience.
