| Duties & Responsibilites : | Job Responsibilities: -Ensures and leads the quality delivery of business value through the development, integration, configuration and deployment of multiple technology solutions across Woodmen platforms. -Demonstrates experience in the following technologies: TC Server, JSP, Java, Windows.Essential -Consults / collaborates with the business to ensure clarification of business requirements -Designs, configures, develops, integrates, tests and deploys technology solutions to meet business requirements -Initiates, implements and optimizes processes for effectiveness productivity -Mentors less experienced technical resources -Engaged in ongoing growth and development in the area of technology while promoting the stated application strategy -Designs, configures, develops, integrates, tests and deploys technology solutions to meet business requirements -Optimizes processes for effectiveness productivitySr Level -Lead and develop in multiple technologies applying solutions across varying platforms -Leads other technical resources in development / implementation of complex technical solutions -Mentor Jr programmers and other programmers in java and web developmentQualification -Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience Technical Skills: - TC Server, JSP, Java, Windows - 2 or more years Spring, MVC, SQL, agile - Experience with Linux, HTML5, JSON, Grails, Gradle, SVN, Jira, desired - Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, related field or equivalent work experience - Demonstrated software development achievement - Motivated, accountable, results oriented self-starter - Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines on multiple concurrent tasks - Ability to work with varying technical tools required to fulfill responsibilities - Ability to quickly adapt to changing technologies - Excellent communications skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - A passion for learning and implementing emerging technologies |
