Should have experience to lead workshops on Knowledge transition from one vendor to another. Must be able to tightly control scope of work in design validation sessions using change control process effectively providing business must have continuity and proper phasing of functionality. Must be able to maintain an integrated process feasibility view and escalate risks to Solution Architect and Program Manager. During Build and Test phase should be able to work with offshore resources and client resources for deliverables and sign-offs. Should be able to provide on job complete knowledge transfer to client counterpart.
