Duties & Responsibilites :	The ADP Consultant will assist the client with the business rules and set up ADP Time and Attendance module by providing de client with guidance on implementation. Support project manager in managing day to day tasks, and raise issues and risks to project manager and client executive. Skills Required: -Must have skill sets Time and Attendance, ADP etime, ADP other time and attendance, Kronos Time and attendance. -ADP experience, within workforce now – and experience with the e-time moduel within a factory setting. Understands this could be hard to come by so willing ot look at candidates with expereiance implementing tim and attendance systems (preferabely within a factory) Willing to look at candidates with different versions of ADP products. -Any time and attendance system experience is important! Must be able to understand the nuances of it and the tactile fucntions (overtime, three shifts, weekend work, vacation accrual, tracking late, early, hours worked –etc.) PM skills helpful along with ability to bridge and translate information to various teams – must be a business side resource! -Excellent communication providing the client with guidance on implementation.
