Job Description:
Looking for technical, detail-oriented Business Analyst to support software development releases on web-based vendor platforms supporting the future of Mobile Application Development.
Responsibilities:
1. Gather, interpret and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
2. Develop and gain cross-functional alignment on detailed functional requirements based off the business requirements
3. Create user flow and call flow/web sequence diagrams to support business workflows.
4. Clearly communicate the business and system requirements to the development team
5. Create and manage requirements in requirements management tool
6. Work with designers and stakeholders to finalize wireframes and comps to hand over to Development and Test teams
7. Validate test cases to ensure compliance with and coverage of both business and functional requirements
8. Provide support to triage and resolve defects
9. Validate the detailed functional requirements when environment is ready to test.
10. Collaborates with Product Manager, Architect and Project Manager to assist in making decisions for the project in a timely manner.
11. Monitor progress regularly by actively leading or participating in project status meetings with Project Manager.

Qualifications (REQUIRED):
• 7 or more years of business analysis and/or production management experience
• 5 or more years within last 6 years focused on end customer-facing websites
• 5 or more within last 6 years defining requirements for internal web-based tools
• User-Interface design and usability experience
• Hands-on working on a software development team and project s
• Proficient at understanding cross-platform web service interfaces and dependencies.
• Experience working with information technology and functional groups within an organization
• Experience working with business processes
• Experience working with both waterfall and agile software development methodologies
• Organization skills, appropriate prioritization, and attention to detail is required
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Great communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work as a team member with other senior business analysts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
