| Duties & Responsibilites : | Our client is looking for a Process Engineer with tool integration and preferable Rational Team Concert or other Software Configuration Management / Application Lifecycle Management experience. Hands-on experience with tools is required.
Required Skills:
-Development Background/ Prefer Java
-Experience with Rational Tools. Strongly Prefer Team Concert experience
-Ability to Communicate complex problems to teams/management
-Implementing process within tools.
Preferred Experience:
-Windows background
-Automotive Entertainment experience
-Ability to write scripts to automate process
-Requirements management
Desired Skills:
-The ability to understand and articulate a software development methodology (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall).
-The ability to collaborate with the appropriate project personnel to incorporate a methodology into the software development plan.
-The ability to describe the methodology to be utilized on specific projects within the organization.
-The ability to train project members on a particular methodology and appropriate processes.
-The ability to utilize tools to implement/automate processes to support a methodology.
-The ability to asses and improve the methodology on an ongoing basis.
-Maintain an awareness of software process improvement methods and tools.
-Create, maintain, and evolve the best practices and standards for software development methodology.
