Duties & Responsibilites :	Candidate will work directly with administrators, developers, content managers, content creators and others to grow existing Documentum Web Publishing environment into a true Web Content Management system. Successful candidate will be responsible for completing Documentum Web Publisher customizations, including but not limited to creating and maintaining templates, presentations, and workflows. They will also assist existing team with project enhancements, customizations, and fixes for next phases of project roll-out, including knowledge transfer and documentation of all customizations and improvements. Prime skills needed: -Strong understanding of Documentum , ability to suggest solutions, best practices. -Documentum database experience -performance tuning -indexing of files -Having completed an upgrade -Ability to work with users to understand requirements and develop a solution -Knowledge of Documentum tools. -Captiva Skills Needed: A working knowledge of XML and XSL Competency with Documentum Web Publisher, Content Server, Site Caching Services, Documentum Application Builder and/or Composer, and Transformation Services Ability to customize Web Publisher using XML, JSP, and JAVA Ability to design, build, and implement all aspects of Web Publisher Templates (rules, presentations, XML Application, and instructions) Design, create,  implement Web Publisher workflows Ability to code business logic into Web Publisher workflows Strong web content architecture experience DQL scripting a plus Tomcat knowledge a plus Excellent Communication Skills Ability to write technical documentation and/or training documents
