Expert knowledge of PCs and related software applications . Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills . Excellent writing, presentation and facilitation skills . Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience. JOB DETAILS: . Provides highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in order to support cross-functional business processes and projects . Develops, prepares, and presents complex analysis for Senior/Executive Management review . Leads the development of complex analysis and documentation of as-is and to-be business processes . Defines business requirements and provides analysis toward operational efficiency and drives change within the organization . Develops data collection plans, manages the process, and analyzes and assures the quality of data collected . Assists with developing business cases for new business initiatives and budgets . Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). . Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. . Collects data to identify root cause of problems. . Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. . May deliver presentations regarding business process/metrics measurement, analysis, improvement and control. . Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. . May communicate team progress. . Performs cost and benefit analyses.
