Job Description:
Co-Ordination KPI’s
• Lead a Team of SD and CRM Consultants
• Effective understanding of Client business processes and corresponding system configurations
• Assign Tasks of Solution design and support consultants to complete and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
• Expert in implementation strategy of major requirements, Requirements definition, scope finalization , solution design, Blueprinting and risk management
• Lead periodic Module level meeting with all supported countries stakeholders
• Lead period governance meetings with various team members of support center and take appropriate decisions for effective execution of operations.
• Adherence of standards/guidelines related defined processes practice in support center , and ensuring compliance,
• Participate in major stake holder meetings related to implementation, upgrades, enhancements, end to end testing to safeguard the system
• Maintain all relevant documents within purview up to date with periodic validation.
Solution Center KPI’s
? Expert in problem Isolation and resolution related to SD and CRM functionalities and cross modular aspects
? Drive Innovation SD and CRM Functionalities on what is new and add value to the template beyond its contents.
? Managing Power users/Super users of Supported to arrive at consensus of solutions
? Good knowledge in Configuration of SD and CRM Module with cross-functional skills
? Hands-on SD and CRM Configurations, adhering to optimal business processes
? Excellent exposure to User exits, BAPI & BADI
? Experience in RICEF developments, Functional specifications, Test Plan
? Execution experience of Unit testing , Integration testing and Regression testing
o Preferably SAP SD/CRM Certified is an added advantage
CRM Skill & Competency
• Should have been involved in at least four end to end SAP SD/CRM implementations
• Strong in integration with SAP ECC / SAP / Non SAP systems with competencies in Middleware
• Excellent experience in Sales and Service Modules
• Expert in Master Data, Basic Functions, Transactions, Pricing, ERMS
• Excellent exposure to BP, Org.Management, Products, Installed bases
• Initial and Delta Replications
• Expert in WebUi Configurations and day to day trouble shooting skills
SD Skill & Competency
• Should have been involved in at least four end to end SAP SD/CRM implementations
• Strong in integration with SAP / Non SAP systems with competencies in Idoc processing
• Expert knowledge on the below
• Shipment & logistic Execution
• Intercompany & Intra company STO and Intercompany sales
• Pricing procedure with new routine
• Credit control
• Rebate process
• Availability check, material determination, output determination, Partner determination, Text determination.
