| Duties & Responsibilites : | - Architectural design of technology solutions supporting access control management.
- Design, develop and implement the directory services components of complex identity based systems in the areas of identity and access management, directory services, workflow, security, provisioning and compliance.
- Develop viable and efficient technology solutions to complex business needs according to customer requirements, following BNSF development standards.
- Develop, enhance, and provide support for the access management product suite.
- Develop detailed access management tool specifications.
- Lead and develop new solutions based on business and technical requirements, leveraging product features or customer code as necessary.
- Ensure that the design, development and implementation meet the defined architectural footprint and are within corporate and department standards.
- Coach and provide technical assistance to customers and other IT individuals when needed.
- Test and implement projects/systems and enhancements using approved techniques that preserve project/system integrity.
- Insure that programs and projects/systems are functionally appropriate, technically sound and well integrated to the environment.
- Produce accuarate and thorough process documentation as required.
- Understand and adhere to the BNSF Technology Services Project Management Methodology.
- Develop appropriate interfaces and insure quality and efficiency through capacity planning, performance assessment, and both integration and regression testing.
- Assist in the coordination of customer acceptance testing and insure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and ongoing communication.
- Understand and adjere to the BNSF Technology Services project management Methodology.
- Follow the BNSF Leadership Model and actively demonstrate commitment to the model.
- Actively support team on common goals, and participate in high team performance.
- Provide customer support 24x7 on a rotating basis.
- Perform other special duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
MUST HAVE ACTUAL HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH USING AN IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT TOOL SUITE - PLEASE HIGHLIGHT THIS EXPERIENCE ON RESUME!
- 8+ years experience developing technology solutions for highly regulated industries
- 5+ years implementation experience with Identity and Access Management software
- 3+recent years of access life cycle management experience; application development and support experience using the Java Programming language; and technical analysis and design using OO concepts and design patterns.
- 2+ years experience implementing enterprise-wide role based access control solutions
