Java Security, ORM frameworks, Web Services – SOAP and REST styles 5. J2EE architecture for High Availability 6. Knowledge/Experience on any one of the products – BizTalk server, Windows Workflow Foundation 14. Experience in SQL Server 2008 and above 15. Experience on Reporting tools SSRS or Crystal reports 16. Experience on configuration management tools like Team Foundation Server and also on deployment tools and scripting using power shell 17. Experience on testing frameworks/tools like Visual Studio Team Suite (VSTS) 18. Experience in .NET application performance Tuning, Application clustering, load balancing, Single Sign-on and usage of tools like Profiler, perform counters 19. Experience integrating enterprise technology platforms /BPM/ESB/EAI using Biztalk or any other EAI tools 20. Experience in .NET application performance Tuning using, Application clustering, load balancing, Single Sign-on and usage of tools like ANTS profiler , perform counters 21. Experience in developing .NET Frameworks & MCT Certifications in concerned Platform is an advantage 22.
