Duties & Responsibilites :	The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Required Skills: -Masters Certificate - Project Management Required -MBA Preferred Required -Agile Project Management methodology Highly desired 5 Years -Business Analysis and RFP Writing Required 5 Years -Ability to document and analyze complex business processes and propose redesigns or areas for improvement Required 5 Years -Test Scripts, testing and UAT Required 5 Years -Software Development Life Cycle Required 5 Years -Software Development Life Cycle Report Writing using SQL Scripts Desired -GUI Design experience Desired -Familiarity with ASP.Net, SQL Server, _javascript_ Desired -Knowledge of NJ State and DHS policy Desired -Prior DHS experience Desired -Experience with task management documentation systems (i.e. JIRA, Basecamp, Redmine) Highly desired -Strong Analytical Skills and Understanding Required -Strong Skills in Microsoft Productivity Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) Required Interview Process: In Person
