Duties & Responsibilites :	- Creating custom reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) - Ability to do advanced development such as working with expressions, colors, shading, perimeters, embedded links - Ability to create interactive dashboards - Conditional formatting Required Skills & Experience:  - 7+ years of experience with SSRS  - Extensive experience with conditional formatting, reporting, customization in SSRS - Experience working with parameters and embedded links in sub reports - Experience creating interactive dashboards in SSRS - Creative personality  - Basic programming/coding skills in Visual Studio and SQL  - Problem solver  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Skills: - SSRS 2012, Visual Studio 2012, and SQL Server 2012
