| Duties & Responsibilites : | - The Android Developer will work on a proof-of-concept web application
- You will collaborate with project stakeholders and business analysts to identify product and technical requirements
- The Android Developer will plan, design and build new advanced Android software and web applications
- Analyze, test, and assist with the integration of new applications
- Document and report all development activity
- Work with QA to ensure specification and technical requirements are effective and meet requirements
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Required Qualifications

- You will be in a fast-paced paced environment, so you need to be self-sufficient and able to use your expertise and judgment.
- Ability to determine own work priorities
- Bachelors’ Degree in Math, Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Objective-C, or C++
- 2+ years of Android development experience
- Experience with web technologies such as HMTL, CSS and _javascript_
- Experience with Web APIs to integrate mobile applications to server side systems
- Solid source code control understanding (Subversion, Eclipse)
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Solid coding practices including good design documentation, unit testing, source control and peer code-reviews
