| Duties & Responsibilites : | The Mobile Deployment Administrator will serve as a technical resource responsible for utilizing the existing MDM environment to provision, deploy, mange, and support mobile devices.
-Leverage the mobile device management software to securely deliver updates and applications.
-Provision mobile devices for the Department’s mobile users.
-Use the MDM solution to provide reports, forecasting, and auditing for the enrolled devices.
-Respond to and resolve support tickets for mobile device issues.
-Update documentation and procedures as needed for mobile device deployment and support.

Skills Required:
-Enterprise level experience with AirWatch Mobile Device Management
-Enterprise level experience with iOS and Android mobile device configurations
-Experience in deploying tablets and smart phones Required 3 Years
-Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions Required 3 Years
-Experience supporting iPad, iPhone, and Android mobile devices Required 2 Years
-Experience deploying devices with Apple Configurator on Mac OSx Highly desired 2 Years
-Enterprise level experience with AirWatch Mobile Device Management Desired 1 Years
-Enterprise level experience with iOS and Android mobile device configurations Desired 1 Years
