| Duties & Responsibilites : | IMPORTANT: This is NOT a traditional Help desk support role with PC, network, server skills but rather the candidate must have Analytical and Statistical experience to support and troubleshoot the PAsecureID application.
-The resource will performing the research and information gathering to support PAsecureID mismatch resolution.
-Through the PAsecureID application, school districts are able to create a PAsecureID for students.
-There are times when a student transfers to another school district or school and the ID could be mismatched, or the student registers with a different spelling of their name which causes a mismatch in PIMS and other systems.
-This resource would receive requests and perform research and analysis to identify where a correction needs to be made to ensure association of the correct PAsecureID with the student.
-It is also necessary to identify when two different students are sharing a single PAsecureID and when a single student has two or more PAsecureIDs.
-This individual needs to have strong analytical skills.
