| Duties & Responsibilites : | - The functional automation test engineer develops tests, test scripts, test scenarios to evaluate the functional response of software product features using specialized tools to automate the process.
- Working with the engineering staff, some of those tests are conducted for the purpose of evaluating the readiness of software code delivery, functional application operation, and use of integrated components built for large-scale financial enterprise solution.
- Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical, troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills for the self-directed and motivated individual.
- Participates in test automation effort for products within a product line in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Participate in technical quality discussions and helps to achieve decisions related to the design specification of a product/project
- Design and enhance test automation frameworks
- Writes functional, regression, and integration test automation
-Stays current with test automation techniques, tools and best practices
-Collaborates with other quality and development engineers to build, evolve and maintain a scalable continuous build and deployment pipeline.
