? DBA should bedevelopment oriented....can write and optimize queries and stored procedures aswell as do the DBA type work. ? Experience withtransactional and data warehouse concepts and implementations ? Experience withcross database data ETL for Oracle and MS SQL Server etc… ? Data modelingexperience ?
