Position offers a full range of IT development and support for various technologies and client business lines. ETL applications are internal applications that process various files using Informatica power center and SQL SERVER 2005. Performs and leads specific delivery activities. Responsibility for service level and coordination of resources. Develops and maintains direct customer point of contact for delivery relationships. Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Identifies opportunities for growth within the customer environment. Participate in talent acquisition activities.
