Description: •Respond to incidents for server issues
•Support administration (FreeBSD, CentOS, RHEL, Fedora, Solaris, MS Windows Server,
•Utilize in-house automation and tooling for support and new projects (Puppet, BMC, Opsware, SystemDB, and SCCM)
•Monitor and address all Server alerts
•Ensure all systems have appropriate backup configurations
•Apply patches, hot fixes, updates etc.
•Create build technical documentation
•Create run books as needed for supported environment
