Duties & Responsibilites :	Required Skills: -Strong Actionscript 3 skils -Experience developing "pure" Actionscript Flash applications (no MXML) -Able to work with AMF3/REST and SOAP API -Use of Actionscript-based IDE (Flash Builder/Flashdevelop/FDT/IntelliJ) -Experience working with MVC-based Actionscriptframeworks (PureMVC, RobotLegs,Cairngorm, etc) -Experience using ANT and Git -Using NetConnection/NetStreams to enable audio/video playback Nice to have: -Experience developing Adobe AIR desktop applications -Adobe Native Extensions -Media Server knowledge (FMS, Wowza, etc) -Actionscript (must have worked with version 3x).  -Any Flex, Adobe Air, or Wowza would be a plus.
